In 2020, I redesigned the branding for chef Samantha Fore’s pop-up restaurant, Tuk Tuk. Sam has been serving up traditional Sri Lankan cuisine and street food in Lexington, KY since 2016. Sam has since joined the cast of Christopher Kimball’s Milk Street and launched a signature collection of spice blends with Spicewalla. In 2023, Sam opened her brick-and-mortar restaurant, Tuk Tuk Snack Shop, in Lexington, KY.
